![]() Walker vents about her frustrations with meaningless sex. She closes out the live video with “Grave,” which is more of an upbeat and drum-heavy song. She further emphasizes how she won’t settle for the routine of love that so many people settle for everyday. She wants more than a love that turns into a set of motions that are done on a daily without much thought to them. Within the actual song, she addresses relationships and how they tend to lose its luster after time. The set is heart-wrenching to witness because you can see the real emotions manifest. The track is dark in nature, and remains that way, as the R&B artist expresses her longing for the love she desires so much. ![]() Now playing in the midst of moody candles, convenient greenery surrounding the area and an acoustic guitar for strumming, she proceeds with performing the eerie intro track off of the project called “Riot.” The setting is far more intimate as Walker stands alone to put her all into the performance without the comfort of her band members, who previously assisted with the other songs. ![]() She interchangeably uses alcohol and a lover to demonstrate the parallel between the two, penning the following lyrics: “Wanna get wasted with you / Tell me what’s good for me but I don't care / Wanna get wasted off you.” While she knows it’s not healthy to consume too much of one thing, she rather impulsively experience exhilaration from the short moment and deal with the consequences of her choices later. The drummer launches the song with a few strums on the cymbals, the pianist passionately hits chords on his instrument and the singer-songwriter engages in vocals about an uncontrollable love that can be as addicting as alcohol. The 22-year-old concludes the song by highlighting sounds in nature and gently transitioning into the subsequent melody - again continuing to play the original track list in reverse. It’s the perfect opening as the tempo gradually moves into itself while Walker’s seductive vocals lead the listener to the section of the song where the piano and guitar receive a well-deserved moment of regard.
